All workers have to Sign in daily
- Peno covers must not be removed, Decode staff must be informed and appropriate exclusion zones or edge protection put in place before removal
-Exclusion zone levels, 7 & 8,9,10 only form workers and scaffolders
-Mobile plant in use basement levels B1, B2, B3
-Exclusion zones in place
-Mobile plant in operation marked blue
- All site access to be clean and clear
- PPE to be worn at all times on-site
- All power tools and leads to be tagged
- No Tolerance for any violent behavior
- Any incident that occurs must be reported to the site office
- Be aware of mobile plant and crane movement
- Please be aware of traffic when crossing the road from the office into the job site
- Use lead stands at all times
- Falling from Heights!!!! make sure all handrails are installed on every edge, only authorized personnel can remove handrails
- All subcontractors must clean their working areas daily
- All the trades on deck have to coordinate with each other during the work and work around each other without interrupting the job
- All sediment control bags are to be checked daily
- permits must be submitted and approved before any hot works activities stripping activities and any other activities that require permits if you are unsure speak to a decode representative
- nurse calls are in place on all stair landings
- The emergency assembly point is near the access gate on Murray Rose Ave next to the hoist
- no smoking on site
- new SDS must be uploaded as required
- new equipment must be inducted into the site
