#anchor points have been installed on rooftop and balcony's for works that require being near a live edge (permits and harnesses are to be in place for these tasks)
#ladders are not to be used next to live edges on balcony's due to scaffold being dismantled to all elevations
#Please be mindful of silicosis, PPE and dust control must be actioned at all times (Crystalline silica.docx has been attached for your information)
#Work zone not valid on Bellevue Avenue, deliveries to be controlled and addressed to a Decode representative with sufficient notice.
#inslab Carbon fiber installation has been completed to existing structure, not to be penetrated/tampered with.
#PPE Must be adhered too at all times
#Housekeeping on a daily basis - Back charges will apply
#External waterproofing in progress to balcony's
#Finishing trades undertaking works in all unit's level 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 and rooftop
#Be mindful of vehicle movement
#Sign in and sign out Daily
#Leads are to elevated-utilize lead hooks/stands
#Corded tools to be tested and tagged
#Access ways to be clean and clear at all times
#Site inductions must be undertaken prior to the commencement of any works (7am start)
#Any permits required for specific tasks must be complete prior to the commencement of any works

Hazard: Demolition works ongoing to level 3 West side structure.
Risk: whilst mitigation measures in place by way of catch deck on scaffold, risk of falling debris hence access and egress via gate 1 is not permitted (note spotter in place on Elcedo Lane. -

All the workers must have full P.P.E
All Plug in tools to be Tested and Tagged - Untagged equipment will not be allowed to be used onsite

- Soft Strip of Office building continues
- Soft Strip of Jay car site to begin
- All precautions to be taken while using Jaycar Drop zone
Exclusion area to have spotter in Jaycar site.
- Hording to be installed on Pacific Highway in front of Jaycar site scheduled for completion today.
