All workers must be inducted on site 7am
All workers must sign IN and OUT
All workers must have full P.P.E
NO PARKING IN WORK ZONE ON KINGSWAY; FOR DELIVERIES ONLY!
All deliveries & crane lifts to be coordinated with Decode management & scheduled in on delivery board in site office,
NO on the spot lifts.
Monday 23/6/25
Crane: Scaffold Delivery L1 P4 & FormWork Lifts
As per Crane Board
Formworker Install L2 & L3 continues,
L2 & L3 works ongoing Install @ Height as per Code. Catch deck with Perimeter Scaffold.
Secure loose items w wind. Handrails installed, FormWorker only areas.
Keep access ways clear.
Deliveries lifted off Kingsway w Traffic Control. Materials pre slung.
Scaffolder building L1 P4
Steelfixer continues
PT ongoing
Plumber & Electrician & Sprinklers continue with works.
B1 Movement of Formwork material, Lifted out through Peno.
Formworker clean rubbish in Basement bins provided.
B1 Delineated worker areas, Forklift & Telehandler operating.
Telehandler on the Ramp.
High Risk Areas:
Telehandler Ramp & Forklift lift & shift in Basement B1
People give way to Forklift w working area delineated & signed.
Deliveries w Traffic Control
Crane Lifts & Tower Cranes
Scaffolder WAH
Formworker Works at Height; Catch deck required and FormWork leading edges precautions in place,
L2 & L3 Exposed to Wind gusts, care with formwork sheets & housekeeping
Strap & nail down sheets at smoko & end of the day

NOTE: Site Access to Offices & amenities has changed.
Follow plywood path & G Floor access way marked with green & white tape. Via scaffold stairs to toilets, Portaloos on L2 & L3.

- Daily Tasks:
* cleaning of suspended decks for pour with compressor, sparrow picking & using magnets to pick up excess tie wire
-site clean/ house keeping All Trades ensure clear access & egress
- Crane operations / deliveries
- deliveries for site in Kingsway work zone
-ALL VISITORS MUST REPORT TO SITE OFFICE VIA GATE 1 CROYDON STREET ENTRY,
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ENTRY TO SITE TO BE GIVEN TO NON INDUCTED WORKERS .
ANY WORKER DOING SO WILL FACE DISCIPLINARY PROCEDURES.
- all workers must be mindful of truck movements in work zone
-exclusion zones & bunted off areas are in place for workers safety do not enter unless your authorised personnel to conduct works in allocated areas
- driveway & street to be kept clean ,Croydon street will require environmental controls/ sediment controls If subcontractors fail to comply NCR’s will be issued
-sediment controls to remain in gutters on Croydon Street any worker found tampering or moving controls will be issued an NCR
-Reminder to Workers there is no right turn from Croyden St into the Kingsway. Follow the traffic signage; left turn only. -

-site demo stock piles to be loaded out and removed Area D/C
- building E demo material to be stockpiled and
loaded out
- Demo bin changeovers
- Instant Labour services 2 labourers sorting and cleaning remaining Cronulla mural brick if any,, place on pallets
Continue sand bagging fence line for sediment controls
General tidy up of fences, banner mesh weights ect -

- Demo works to continue on building E and finish demo COB
-elite civil load out material from demo truck & dog &bin changeovers
- Footpath to be closed where works are ongoing to building E demo and pedestrians diverted by TC's on Kingsway and Abel Pl
- Decode labourers continue to fill sand bags place on fence line of job and to continue works on cleaning Cronulla sharks bricks and placed on pallets for this weeks brick auction
-truck load up of remaining hoarding/ scaffolding material onsite Area C
