    # All Trucks delivery must follow TMP
    # No Tolerance for any violent behavior
    # No parking in work zone
    # Fire Extinguisher Must located Near The Area During Welding
    # Pedestrian Site Access only from gate 1 - Cowles RD
    # Project Office located at: 543 MILITARY RD MOSMAN

  • 29th April 2025, Pre starts

    Ensure PPE to be worn at all times.
    Keep Gate 2 closed at all times unless trucks enter site.
    Road to be kept clean at all times
    Keep toilets clean.
    Ensure Spotter is visible to Operator
    Ensure daily log book entries are done
    If lifting material by hand, ensure you bend your knees and not your back. Lift smoothly. Dont twist while lifting. ask for help

  • 25th März 2025, Pre start

    Load out materials and remove cowles st bricks.
    Keep walkway clear of toilets and office
    Access to site and site office is now Gate 2. Fencing to delineate walkway to office and toilets. AUTHORISED ACCESS ONLY to 87a Dust suppression must be in place when loading trucks as well as demo of internal walls and slabs. Traffic control to be in place when running bogeys. Daily sign in of plant log books.
    Traffic Control in place all day
    Ensure road is clean at all times
    trucks to follow TMP route.
